History of Core Excellence
In its four short years, Core has recognized substantial growth both in curriculum and in clientele.
Core was founded by Todd Saxton, a 14-year veteran in business consulting. With a quick launch and a firm focus, Core quickly developed a diverse clientele; taking them as far as Costa Rica.
In partnership with educational organizations, Core Excellence Inc. has provided consultation and training for over 75 clients.
Core Releases New Curriculum
Core Excellence announces the release of its new Customer Service training curriculum developed to Building Customer Loyalty. The curriculum is entitled "The Service Connection" and focuses on Listening to Customers, Managing Customer Interactions, and Managing Customer Emotions. This course is essential for client services representatives and builds the necessary skills for making lasting positive impressions on customers who expect extraordinary service.
